Under the name “Exquis,” three Michelin-star chefs, Viki Geunes and Tim Boury, join forces for a unique four hands experience.
The Chefs will be cooking at Boury *** on Wednesday, 20th September and at Zilte *** on Tuesday, 5th December. On these days, they will prepare a tasting menu together, both for lunch and dinner, featuring dishes according to their own cooking styles.
This menu consists of a unique selection of appetizers, followed by 10 exquisite dishes based on their favorite ingredients, with an emphasis on fish, shellfish, and seafood, complemented by local products from trusted suppliers.
Therefore, the menu will differ in both restaurants.
