For the next edition of our Exquis Experiences, we will welcome Chef Marco Müller of Restaurant Rutz*** for an exceptional Four Hands lunch on Sunday, June 7 at Zilte.

Following his recent visit to restaurant Rutz*** in Berlin, Chef Viki Geunes now hosts Müller for a unique culinary encounter that brings together two chefs with different geographical and cultural roots, yet a shared philosophy. Both are driven by an uncompromising commitment to intentional sourcing, precise craftsmanship, and a refined expression of flavor—where taste reflects both origin and season.

Müller’s adventurous spirit has long been guided by a clear conviction: innovation and sustainability are not opposites, but partners. For both chefs, seasonal cooking is a constant source of renewal, demanding creativity not despite its constraints, but because of them.

The afternoon begins with a series of amuse-bouches, followed by an eight-course tasting menu where two distinct visions meet.
