You can make your reservation online for up to 6 people. From 6 people we ask you to contact us by telephone +32 (0)3/283 40 40 or by email firstname.lastname@example.org.
You can contact us by telephone from Monday to Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
We are open from Monday to Friday (lunch and dinner). Saturdays and Sundays are our closed days. Holidays are listed on our reservation page.
We always ask you to reconfirm your reservation with your credit card details. However, this is not a payment, only an authorization. Payment is made in the restaurant itself. The amount will be released again on your credit card the day after your lunch or dinner. This authorization will only be claimed in case of a ‘no show’.
As soon as we have received a cancellation on the date you have requested, we will contact you by telephone or by email with the question whether you are still interested.
If you have not received a confirmation email within 10 minutes of making an online reservation, be sure to check your SPAM folder. If you cannot find a confirmation email there either, please contact us by telephone on +32 (0)3/283 40 40.
Our menus are determined according to the season. Our chef works with fresh and seasonal ingredients every day. It is always possible to take into account your allergies, intolerances or other wishes.
Please notify us in advance. This can be done at any time by e-mail on email@example.com or by telephone on +32 (0)3/283 40 40. This can also be mentioned under “comments” if you make your reservation online.
If there are any changes on the location, we will charge a supplement of € 15.
In case the customer cancels his/her order/reservation, the following cancellation rules will be applied:

Cancellations can only be made by email or by phone. A cancellation is solely valid provided Z9 bvba – Restaurant Zilte has confirmed it by email.

The restaurant can be reached at all times by lift. We also have a disabled toilet and our tables are high enough to accommodate a wheelchair.
The restaurant is located on the 9th floor of the MAS Museum. Since dogs are not allowed in the museum, they are unfortunately not allowed in the restaurant.
