Responsibilities

– Handling individual reservation requests for the restaurant, both by telephone and email, and further follow-up.
– Administrative tasks: requesting quotes, placing orders, drawing up invoices and contracts and following up.
– Personnel administration: drawing up internship agreements, work contracts, follow-up of current contracts and the planning of flexis.
– Answering the telephone and emails and handling the mail.
– Agenda planning of the restaurant manager, sommelier and chef.
– Progress of good internal communication between the chef, restaurant manager, sommelier and administration.
– Supporting activities for marketing.
– Hostess at the restaurant reception during lunch and dinner

Profile

– Perfect knowledge of Dutch and English.
– Extensive knowledge of French.
– You are dynamic, proactive, hands-on and have an eye for detail.
– You already have experience in hospitality at the highest level.
– A hospitable and guest-oriented appearance comes naturally to you.
– You are social and have strong communication skills.
– Preferably a basic knowledge of personnel administration.
– You are skilled in using MS Office, Adobe and Resengo
